Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. I do NOT offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges for in-hand OR preorder items.
  • Refunds may only be offered when:
    • The preorder item was cancelled.
    • You have received the incorrect item(s).
    • The preorder item is taking more than 6 months to be produced.
    • You are combining orders and extra shipping cost is refunded.

Preorders

  • Please do not buy both preorder and in-hand items together. If you do this, your entire order will be refunded. You must place separate orders for preorders and in-hands.
  • Preorder items can take several months to be produced. There may be a wait time of up to 6 months before you receive your items. If you do not wish to wait this long, please do not buy preorder items. Wait for in-hands.
  • If production time extends past the 6 month time mark, customers will have the option to request a refund. To request a refund, please contact me here, or email VentusPins@gmail.com with your order number(s).
  • Customers who buy preorder items will automatically receive the best of the batch.

Shipping

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your items to be shipped once grading has been completed.
  • I am not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. Packages that fall under this criteria will not be refunded or replaced.
  • Please contact USPS or your local post office if you have concerns that you package has been lost, stolen, or delayed. 
  • I do set aside a few pins after each drop to make sure everyone gets their pins safely. In the event where your pin is lost, stolen, or damaged, please reached out to me to purchase a replacement! :)
    • Shipping/package insurance is optional, but can be purchased if you are concerned that your item may get lost or damaged!
    • This shop is based in the United States and operates on Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (EST/EDT).
    • This shop ships packages internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply to their shipment.

    Address Changes & Combining Orders

    • I do allow address changes for both preorders and in-hand items.
      • For preorders: After a pin shipment has been received, I will post an announcement on my Instagram (VentusPins) account regarding a time frame to submit address changes. After the specified time frame ends, I will no longer be accepting address changes.
      • For in-hands: Please submit the address change as soon as possible after the drop. I may ship in-hand pins out as soon as the next day!
    • I do allow combining of orders if you have placed more than one order in my shop over a short time frame (such as for the same drop or for preorder drops a few days apart).
      • I will only combine up to two orders at a time.
      • I will not combine orders that go against item quantity limit rules.
      • I do not allow combining of in-hand and preorder items.
    • To combine orders, please contact me here or email VentusPins@gmail.com with your order numbers. Extra shipping cost will be refunded.

    Grading

    • Please refer to the Grading tab for more information on grading pins and potential flaws.

    Item Quantity Limits

    • Limits of the item per person/household will be specified for each drop well beforehand on my Instagram (VentusPins) account and in the product listing description. You are always welcome to ask me too if unsure! 
    • If you do not follow the stated quantity limit, your entire order will be refunded.

    Reselling, Trading, & Drop Buddies

    • I recommend waiting until the pin is in your possession to resell or trade (but in the end that is up to you).
    • Please do not resell pins that I still have in stock (in my store) for more than drop price + any necessary shipping  + any necessary fees. 
      • "Necessary fees" refers to selling/processing fees required by certain online marketplaces to sell items.
    • Please do not resell pay for production (P4P) pins for more than drop price + any necessary shipping  + any necessary fees.
    • If I discover that you have sold P4P pins for more than drop price + shipping + fees, you will be blocked on IG and banned from purchasing from my store without warning. Scalping of P4Ps will not be tolerated whatsoever.
    • There are no other rules regarding reselling/trading besides those stated above.
    • Drop buddies are always welcome to assist you with any of my drops! If both you and your drop buddy are successful, I unfortunately do not offer refunds for extras.

    Limited Edition (LE) & Open Edition (OE) Items

    • LE pins are limited to a specific unit number based on initial customer interest. LE pins are not restocked after they are completely sold out.
    • OE pins are NOT limited to a specific unit number and have the potential to be restocked once sold out.
    • All P4P designs are LE and will never be restocked due to associated mold fees included in the pricing of the first batch. 
    • All commissioned art designs or "original designs" have the potential to be restocked if I receive permission from the artist AND if there is enough gathered interest from customers.
    • Some pins may be restocked in different variants (different plating, color, screenprint, effects, etc.) to maintain original LE numbers.
    • The status of the pin (LE or OE) will always be placed in the product listing description.
    • Pins that are limited preorder have limited slots during drop with more items available once in-hand.
    • Pins that are open preorder have unlimited slots during a specified time frame with very few extras available once in-hand.

    Purchasing from VentusPins means that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the policies as stated above.
